Join us for a relaxed, welcoming, chilled day of insight, contemplation and fellowship at my cosy home in Kemp Town.

Whether you are a seasoned meditator, consider yourself already well on the spiritual path 
or totally new to meditation and spirituality! All welcome!

The aim of the day is to dedicate some time to you, to help you on your path toward peace, happiness and tranquility. 

The day includes yummy veggie lunch and herbal teas. I'm not affiliated with any religious groups and 
welcome people from all backgrounds and faiths as well as those who are just dipping their toes into spirituality.
