Meditation Training.
Karl is an expert meditator and has been meditating himself for a decade. He is familiar with a variety of meditation practices, including Mindfulness, Insight Meditation (vispassana), Chanting and Transcendental Meditation (T.M). He practices sitting meditation for about one hour a day normally, lives everyday through mindful awareness and attends regular retreats. Karl is passionate about teaching people to integrate Meditation into their daily lives, in every day situations and believes that Insight Meditation (focusing on the breath) is a good place for most people to start. "The great thing about meditation on the breath is you can do it anywhere.... you always have your breath with you and that's all you need!" Learning to meditate can be challenging and regular sessions help to create a strong foundation for this life changing tool. Karl has guided Meditation CD's available to help you learn at home. There is no need to describe yourself as "Spiritual" or have any particular beliefs.
There is a huge body of evidence to support the positive effects of meditation on ones life. From successfully combating stress, anxiety and depression to more radiant health, greater joy, fulfilment and abundance in ones life. Meditation is simple in its technique but can be difficult to master at first. But whilst a meditation course or teacher like Karl is a great way to get the most out of this art, Karl strongly advises against paying out large sums of money for Meditation training!

Stress is everywhere these days and increasingly people are finding they are feeling overwhelmed by fears, anxieties and stressful situations. Do you find it difficult to calm yourself? Think of an athlete training. They have a coach. Now you can have one too! Coaching is a focused, solution based approach assisting you to keep working on the goals that you have set and gives you practical advice and suggestions on how to work towards your dreams and ambitions. Sometimes we need a plan but we cant see the woods from the trees. Life Coaching can help you see the different paths that lay ahead, help you decided on which to take and then help keep you focused on that which you have chosen, helping you to get where you want to go more quickly and effortlessly!
Adding a spiritual dimension simply means we take time to really understand and accept ourselves and our lives as they are now before launching ahead to make changes and make dreams happen. Counselling & E.F.T Skills
Karl has an Initial Counselling Skills Diploma and is naturally skilled at the art of listening and intuitive guidance. He abides by the same code of ethics as a fully trained counsellor but does not have supervision. Karl has used E.F.T (Emotional Freedom Technique) extremely effectively to combat stress, anxiety and depression. "EFT is brilliant! I have found it to be an extremely effective way of communicating with the deepest parts of our sub-conscious minds, healing old programming, negative habits and thinking." EFT is an easy to learn tool that can really help transform your life!
